Shaving Bowl Galassia

Handmade ceramic shaving bowl, entirely thrown on a wheel from red clay and glazed with a two-tone enamel in shades of dark burgundy and metallic silver, with iridescent reflections that vary with the light. The exterior is decorated with diagonal incisions that enhance its shape and provide a secure grip, while the interior features concentric spirals that facilitate the lathering of shaving soap. It measures approximately 14x4.5 cm, is spacious and stable on the counter.

Designed for traditional wet shaving with a brush, it is compatible with soap pucks and shaving creams in sticks or discs. The wide shape and rounded rim allow for easy brush work to achieve a dense and creamy lather.

The artisanal craftsmanship makes each piece unique: the metallic reflections and glaze nuances vary from one piece to another, making each bowl unrepeatable. Small surface imperfections are part of the nature of the piece and attest to its handmade origin.

Not suitable for microwave. Hand wash or cautiously dishwash, preferably at low temperature.
